Stop Avoiding the TRX

Too many people walk straight past their gym’s TRX. Not machine, all bodyweight, and completely hard. Here are 4 exercises to do today that up your game in the weight room.

1. The Atomic Pushup
Work your core, shoulders, and chest with this dynamic and difficult move.

2. The Fallout
This is an intense core workout that should be done slowly to feel the full effect.

3. The Split Squat
This takes a Bulgarian SS to the next level and will test your quad strength and your balance.

4. The Hamstring Curl
Sometimes with major muscles, going slow and using bodyweight can be killer. Try this move and top off or start a hard workout.
