At Home Workouts – Push-up to Ab Rotation

Even for those who are the fittest out there, there are times where it is near impossible to get to the gym. Travel, work commitments, family…these are all things that sometimes take precedent. So here at LaroFit we are going to bring you workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home. We are going to get you fit 1 move at a time!

Check out this push-up, ab rotation move. If you have a table, you can make this happen. Do 3 sets of 12 or until failure. If the push-up is too tough, bring it down to level or even knees on ground, continuing with the same ab rotation. Be sure to move your grounded hand to the center of your body when going through the rotation to keep stability and to perform the move correctly.
